Monday afternoon I saw it before my very own eyes, Toby's first roll! He rolled from his back to his front all on his own! He whipped those strong legs around and somehow found himself on his dreaded tummy! Of course he hasn't done it again, but officially he rolled on his own! I didn't get a picture of it but here are some pictures from today, playing on his back after some tummy time.
He is 3&1/2 months old now and growing like a string bean! We are very excited to see how much he weighs and when we can start rice cereal at his 4 month appointment. He is finally sleeping in longer intervals, he usually wakes up only once or maybe twice a night. It's amazing how much you appreciate 4 or 5 straight hours of sleep! I'm back at work now, working 2 nights a week, and it's going great. Ian says he loves his one on one time with Toby when I'm at work, and I believe him.
Otherwise Toby seems to be a very happy and easy going little guy and we're having loads of fun with him. We'll try to post again soon,
